Rinse the salmon fillets and pat dry. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and arrange 3 quarters of the onions and lemons on top. Arrange a fillet, skin side down on top and place the remaining onions and lemons on top. Place the fillet, skin side up, on top.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mix the olive oil and garlic; brush liberally over the fish. Fold over the edges of the foil to seal in the fish and bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the fish flakes when&lt;br /&gt;touched with a fork. Remove and serve with the Lemon Parsley Sauce. Serves 6-8.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;LEMON-PARSLEY SAUCE:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/2 c. butter&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 sm. garlic clove, mashed&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;Melt the butter in a small saucepan and stir in the lemon juice, garlic and parsley. When using fillets, remove the bottom skin of the fish since it makes it easier to marinate.Spray the bottom of the pan with Pam and sprinkle a small amount of garlic powder over it. Lay the fish on the pan and sprinkle the top with a little garlic powder. Mix up marinade:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;INGREDIENTS&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/3 seasoned rice wine vinegar, lite (Kosher)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/3 water&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/3 teriyaki marinade&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;INSTRUCTIONS&lt;br /&gt;Pour marinade over fish and let stand for half the time you are marinating, then turn over the fish and marinate the other side for the balance of the time. Or use a sealed plastic bag and turn it over.&lt;br /&gt;Preheat oven to about 375 degrees; spoon a little marinade over the top of the fish, sprinkle either dried parsley flakes (crushed), or dried dill weed or freshly snipped dill over the top of the salmon, bake between 10-15 minutes (depending on the thickness of the fish), then put under the broiler for 3-5 minutes.
