BAKED SALMON RECIPE WITH CHEESE SAUCE










BAKED SALMON RECIPE WITH CHEESE SAUCE


INGREDIENTS
  • 6 filleted salmon steaks
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
SAUCE:
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. grated cheese

INSTRUCTIONS
Put fish in baking pan and cover with above ingredients. Bake at 375 degrees 35 to 40 minutes.
Cheese sauce: In a skillet, melt 3 tablespoons butter. Add 3 tablespoons flour; mix until smooth. Add 1 1/2 cups milk and 1 cup grated cheese. Mix until thick. Pour cheese sauce over baked fish and brown under broiler 7 to 10 minutes. the baked salmon recipe is ready...enjoy it !

BAKED SALMON FILLETS WITH GOAT CHEESE AND CORIANDER

BAKED SALMON FILLETS WITH GOAT CHEESE AND CORIANDER

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 c. dry red wine
  • 4 tbsp. capers
  • 1 tbsp. fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 tsp. dried)
  • 1 tsp. fresh oregano, chopped (or 1/2 tsp. dried)
  • 1/8 tsp. hot red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 c. canned tomatoes, crushed
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste, freshly ground
  • 12 pitted black olives
  • 4 (6 oz. ea.) boneless salmon fillets
  • 1/3 lb. goat cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp. anise-flavored liquor (like Ricard)
  • 4 tbsp. fresh coriander, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS
Heat 2 tablespoons of the olive oil in a saucepan. Add onion and garlic. Cook briefly while stirring. Add wine, capers, rosemary, oregano, pepper flakes, tomatoes, salt, pepper and olives. Bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes. Pour 1 tablespoon of the oil in a baking dish large enough to hold the salmon fish in one layer. Arrange fish skin side down. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour the tomato sauce around the salmon fish fillets. Brush the top of the fillets with the remaining 1
tablespoon oil and the cheese. Bake in a preheated 475 degree oven for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with the Ricard. Switch to the broiler and broil for 5 minutes. Do not overcook. Sprinkle with the coriander and serve immediately. The baked salmon recipe is ready to serves 4 persons....great taste ! Enjoy !

INGREDIENTS
  • Salmon fillets, any portion size, boned and skinned
  • Onion powder, to taste be generous
  • Garlic powder, to taste be generous
  • Dried dill, to taste be generous
  • Mrs. Dash, to taste be generous
  • Mayonnaise
  • Paprika

INSTRUCTIONS
Wash and dry salmon fillets. Spread thin coat of mayonnaise over salmon. Spray Pam or similar product over Pyrex or tin foil pan or rectangular pan (depending on amount and size of portions).
Sprinkle seasonings over fish ending with paprika. Bake salmon in 375 degree oven for 10 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily. The baked salmon recipe is ready to serve...enjoy the meal !

BAKED SALMON WITH LEMON PARSLEY SAUCE

BAKED SALMON RECIPES .....WITH LEMON PARSLEY SAUCE

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 salmon fillets, skin intact, weighing about 5 lb. total
  • 3 lg. onions, peeled & thinly sliced
  • 2 lemons, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 2 lg. garlic cloves, minced

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Rinse the salmon fillets and pat dry. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and arrange 3 quarters of the onions and lemons on top. Arrange a fillet, skin side down on top and place the remaining onions and lemons on top. Place the fillet, skin side up, on top.

Mix the olive oil and garlic; brush liberally over the fish. Fold over the edges of the foil to seal in the fish and bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the fish flakes when
touched with a fork. Remove and serve with the Lemon Parsley Sauce. Serves 6-8.

LEMON-PARSLEY SAUCE:
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 sm. garlic clove, mashed
  • 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
Melt the butter in a small saucepan and stir in the lemon juice, garlic and parsley. Blend well and stir over low heat for several minutes. Serve with the baked salmon. Makes about 1/2 cup. The baked salmon recipe is ready to serve...great taste ! Enjoy it !

BAKED SALMON ...a great baked salmon recipe...try this ! Bake the fresh salmon. It's tasty and very healthy.

INGREDIENTS
  • Fresh salmon
  • Lemon juice
  • Reduced fat butter
  • Dill weed

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. On broiler pan (which has been sprayed with Pam), place salmon fillets ("skin" side down). Melt butter (about 4 tablespoons for 4 filets) and add lemon juice (about 1/4 cup - fresh is best). Pour the mixture over fillets and then sprinkle them with dill weed. Place in oven and bake for about 15 minutes. Salmon will turn reddish-pink when done. the baked salmon recipe is ready to serve....nice ! Enjoy it !

MARINATED SALMON STEAKS OR FILLETS

Try this amazing baked salmon recipe ! When using fillets, remove the bottom skin of the fish since it makes it easier to marinate.Spray the bottom of the pan with Pam and sprinkle a small amount of garlic powder over it. Lay the fish on the pan and sprinkle the top with a little garlic powder. Mix up marinade:

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/3 seasoned rice wine vinegar, lite (Kosher)
  • 1/3 water
  • 1/3 teriyaki marinade

INSTRUCTIONS
Pour marinade over fish and let stand for half the time you are marinating, then turn over the fish and marinate the other side for the balance of the time. Or use a sealed plastic bag and turn it over.
Preheat oven to about 375 degrees; spoon a little marinade over the top of the fish, sprinkle either dried parsley flakes (crushed), or dried dill weed or freshly snipped dill over the top of the salmon, bake between 10-15 minutes (depending on the thickness of the fish), then put under the broiler for 3-5 minutes. If you have a lot of thick fish, you may need more time, just use your judgment. Enjoy the baked salmon recipe marinated! Amazing taste !

BAKED SALMON AND DRESSING

BAKED SALMON AND DRESSING ....A nice baked salmon recipe to try....its recommended !
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 sm. onion, finely chopped
  • 3 c. zucchini, shredded
  • 1 c. carrot, shredded
  • 1/4 c. parsley, minced
  • 1-2 tbsp. fresh basil or tarragon, minced or 1/2-1 tsp. dried basil or tarragon
  • 4 salmon steaks (4 oz. each)
  • 1 tsp. fresh lime juice
  • Salt & pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a skillet over medium heat melt butter. Add onion. Saute until tender. Add zucchini, carrot, parsley and basil; mix lightly.
Lightly grease a 10 x 10 inch baking dish. Place vegetable mixture in prepared dish. Coat salmon steaks with lime juice. Arrange over vegetable mixture; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover. Bake for 30 minutes. Uncover. Bake for 10 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily. The baked salmon recipe is ready. Nice taste ! Enjoy it !
